Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be accepted only if submitted at least 48 hours before the manufacturing process begins.

If a cancellation request is submitted after that time, it cannot be processed because the furniture will already be under production according to the custom measurements and specifications requested by the customer.

The customer may only request:

  • Before final confirmation or before it is shipped.
  • If the order has been confirmed or shipping procedures have begun, the order cannot be cancelled

Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • We are committed to providing high-quality products. Therefore, all products include a one-year warranty starting from the installation date.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation errors that may appear during the warranty period.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by external factors or accidents.
  • Any modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized parties.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
